~New Video~ VSG: 6 week Post-op Update & Pics & Recipe

Had a fantastic week with a loss of 5lbs.....can't complain!!! Attended my youngest Niece's high school graduation this past weekend and am including those pictures below.

Week 6 Update!

A fantastic recipe for 'Melt in Your Mouth Baked Chicken'...SUPER good with lots of protein!


Highest Weight = 321lb
Start Weight = 302lb
Surgery Weight = 292lb
Current Weight = 247lb
Loss for the week = 5lb
Total loss = 55lb
